We are a community center primarily dedicated to the training of individuals in situations of mobility. At CESFOM, everyone is welcome, regardless of their social status, religion, or sexual orientation. CESFOM was created as an extension of Casa del Migrante en Tijuana A.C. by drawing on its years of experience in the care and protection of migrants. Our work focuses especially on promoting social and workforce integration as essential steps toward a dignified, fulfilling, and stable life, always respecting each individual's autonomy. We firmly believe that integration into society and access to job opportunities not only strengthen the social fabric but also empower individuals to rebuild their personal goals and life plans. That’s why we offer courses and workshops that provide useful resources, tools, and skills to meet the challenges of living in a city as dynamic as Tijuana. In addition to promoting professional growth, we also emphasize personal development as a key strategy to face the adversities many migrants encounter. We foster resilience, self-confidence, and a sense of belonging. We also provide both face to face and telephone guidance, and refer individuals to specialized institutions that can meet their diverse needs.
