Bible

Taught by Scalabrinian priests, these classes aim to bring participants closer to the history of our faith by providing foundational biblical knowledge and fostering a deeper understanding of Christianity. They offer the Christian community clear, practical, and essential insights into the Bible.

The classes explore a wide range of topics, including the lives and actions of key figures in Christianity, major historical events, and the meaning and practice of Catholic traditions—addressing the why, how, where, and purpose behind them. They also delve into more reflective and philosophical themes that relate to our behavior as individuals, as Christians, and as children of God.

Informatics

Our informatics courses aim to equip participants with essential digital skills and knowledge for both the job market and everyday use.

We offer a series of courses at different levels, including:

  1. Basic Computing
  2. Office Software
  3. Basic Excel
  4. Intermediate Excel

Each one of those programs lasts one or two months, allowing people in situations of mobility to update their skills or enter the world of technology.

Spanish

Our Spanish classes are designed to provide a solid foundation for non-Spanish speakers to develop the language at their own pace. Students engage in verbal, reading, comprehension, expression, listening, and interpretation exercises.

Learners are encouraged to recognize Spanish as a cultural tool, with communication, learning, and survival as the primary goals.

Skills such as verbal comprehension, oral expression, and written expression are evaluated through a variety of exercises, with special emphasis placed on the first three competencies. The ultimate goal is to foster confidence and self-awareness, enabling people in contexts of mobility to express themselves clearly and take charge of their own development.

English

Our English classes are designed to provide a solid foundation for non-English speakers to develop the language at their own pace. Students engage in speaking, reading, comprehension, expression, listening, and interpretation exercises.

The course lasts approximately two months and covers a range of topics, from the most basic concepts —such as family members, colors, the alphabet, and basic sentence structure— to the use of auxiliary verbs, pronouns, and the most common verb tenses.

Students have access to reference materials, glossaries, and vocabulary lists to support and reinforce their learning as they begin to apply the knowledge acquired.
